LADIES PLAYER CALLED UP FOR REPUBLIC OF IRELAND SQUAD
Northampton Town Ladies FC 1st team player Brodie Betts has recently been called up for the Republic of Ireland U19 squad for their upcoming UEFA Women’s Under 19 Championship first round qualifying group where they will be playing in Portugal against Hungary, Israel and the hosting country.
Brodie has been with the club for 6 years now, and as a player that has come through the clubs Centre of Excellence, has also recently completed her first season for the senior Ladies side where she was a regular and important player in last season’s (2010-2011) campaign.
Everyone at Northampton Town FC would like to congratulate Brodie on her achievements and would like to wish her the best of luck with her upcoming trip to Portugal.
