A sponsored "World Cup Shootout" event to raise funds for Schools and the Scheme.

Northampton Town's Football in the Community Programme are pleased to announce details of an exciting project which will see the scheme partner with local schools in an attempt to raise much needed funds for both parties through means of a sponsored "World Cup Shootout" event.
Every pupil can participate in the event and will be given a sponsorship form which can be made either per shot scored or just a set amount for taking part in the shoot-out. Once all the money is raised NTFC FITC will split the costs 50/50 between the school and themselves. All pupils that are sponsored will each take 5 penalties against the Northampton Town FITC “world cup shootout” goal with the aim to successfully score as many points as possible. Pupils who are not sponsored will not have to feel left out as they will still be able to take part and are limited to 2 shots each.
Along with raising importants funds for the school and the scheme, the pupil from each year who raises the most money will receive a Northampton Town FC
medal, whilst the school who raises the most money at the end of the academic year will win a free 1 hour coaching session on the training pitch here at Sixfields Stadium!
