FEBRUARY FOOTBALL FUN WITH THE COBBLERS

Our successful holiday coaching camps are here again! Join our community coaches between the 13th and 15th February for some football fun here at Sixfields stadium, home of the Cobblers! Whether you are an outfield player with aspirations of becoming a full time footballer, a Goalkeeper looking to improve the finer skills of your game, or just want to join us to make new friends and have some fun, we have the camp for you!

Our Pro, Goalkeeper specific and Toddlers camps are run by fully qualified and experienced coaches who will ensure all children benefit from playing in a fun, positive learning environment. The course runs over three days on the training pitch here at Sixfields, and will take place between 9am and 3:30pm. Our coaching staff will work on various aspects of the game including passing and receiving, shooting, dribbling and much more through carefully planned challenges and exciting team games. Our goalkeepers will perfect this specialist position and work with our qualified goalkeeper coach on handling, distribution and everyones favourite...diving! For our youngest players, we have a variety of fun games and challenges such as "Shrek", "Funky Chicken", "Peter Pan" and many more, all of which capture the imagination of young children whilst working on the fundemental movements so important to all sports beyond football alone.

Also this February, Northampton Town will be on the road and visiting Towcester Centre for Leisure. Join us on the state of the art astroturf pitch from the 16th to the 17th February, between 9am and 3:30pm for more fun football challenges and games.
