AN OPPORTUNITY FOR BUDDING YOUNG FOOTBALLERS

Moretonville Juniors FC are looking to recruit budding young footballers who may be interested in joining one of their Under 10's squads to compete in competitive fixtures versus other grass roots clubs and weekly coaching sessions run by FA qualified volunteers.

Moretonville Junior F.C. is based in the town of Buckingham and was established in 1969 and runs football teams for local children aged from 6-16 years old. The Club is one of the largest in the North Bucks area and is affiliated to the Berks & Bucks Football Association and currently has 28 teams with 380 boys and girls.

The club are running a series of FREE taster sessions whereby children looking to progress to playing in a team environment can attend to meet the coaches and experience life within MJFC.

Northampton Town's Football in the Community Scheme and its coaches will also be present at the Moretonville Summer Tournament to be held on Saturday June 23rd at Moretonville FC, where over 70 teams from under 7's to under 11's will compete in the clubs first ever tournament. To celebrate the occasion, NTFC FITC will be on site with our inflatable "World Cup Shootout" goal, putting young footballers' shooting skills to the test. Whats more, our club mascot Clarence the dragon plans to make an appearance and show off his skills in a "Beat Clarence" penalty shootout!
